Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a skilled nurse registry analyst to validate and submit registry harvest reports, ensuring compliance with CMS and accrediting bodies. You will maintain accurate databases, track follow-up deadlines, and collaborate with hospital leadership to drive quality and value.

The role requires RN licensure, strong organization, analytical skills, and ability to work independently (remote option may be available). Strong MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s of Nursing is preferred.
• RN license required with Florida background screening.

Responsibilities

• Validates and submits registry harvest reports to meet regulatory and registry compliance guidelines.
• Ensures data accurately depicts performance for CMS and other accrediting bodies.
• Maintains databases to meet follow-up deadlines per registry requirements.
• Coordinates quality committees or clinical projects with hospital/physician leadership.
• Performs longitudinal patient follow-up across the care continuum.
