Revitalize Home Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled RN to join the quality team as a per diem QA Reviewer. This remote role involves reviewing OASIS assessments and clinical documentation before submission to ensure accuracy and consistency across records.

You will provide specific feedback to clinicians, collaborate with the Clinical Manager, and help uphold high quality standards for patient care. Florida-based candidates preferred.

Formación

• Active, Florida RN license (or compact).
• At least 2 years in home health with OASIS review or QA.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS-E2, CMS CoPs, and PDGM.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM coding in home health.

Responsabilidades

• Review OASIS-E2 assessments at all time points for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure consistent data across OASIS, visit notes, therapies, meds, and POC.
• Review medication reconciliation and drug regimen review docs.
• Verify ICD-10 coding, sequencing, and PDGM accuracy.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback with item and correction.
