Elevate Home Health is looking for an OASIS Specialist (RN) to join our clinical support team remotely in California. This role involves reviewing OASIS assessments and collaborating with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

As an OASIS Specialist, you'll provide education, support documentation accuracy, and participate in care plan development while working independently with a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualificações

• Current, unrestricted RN license in California.
• Minimum of two years of experience in quality OASIS reviews.
• Current OASIS certification required before starting.

Responsabilidades

• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with clinicians on documentation opportunities.
• Conduct clinical record reviews and communicate findings.
