Mercy is seeking an experienced RN with a BSN to join our virtual care team focusing on OBGYN and pediatrics. A minimum of 5 years of diversified direct clinical nursing, state licensure, and BLS within 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a registered nursing program and hold a BSN.
• Minimum of 5 years of diversified direct clinical nursing experience.
• State licensure in practice or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• OBGYN specialty experience preferred (Labor & Delivery, Women's Health, etc.).
• Pediatrics specialty experience preferred (PICU, pediatric urgent care, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual care.
• Ability to monitor multiple patients and coordinate with a care team.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
