Job summary

Mercy seeks an experienced registered nurse with a BSN to join our care team in Missouri. The role requires graduation from a registered nursing program, a valid nursing license, and BLS certification within 6 months of hire. Preference for OBGYN and pediatric experience, including Labor and Delivery or related units.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from registered nursing program and bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
• Licensure: Must have a License in state of practice or be eligible for License in state of practice and eligible for other state licensure.
• Certification: BLS Certification within 6 months of hire.
• General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: analytical skills and knowledge of complex OBGYN patients, anatomy; excellent communication with patients and families over phone/video; interpersonal skills for virtual care; ability to monitor multiple patients and work within a treatment team; capable of working with culturally diverse populations; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; leadership to direct patient care.
