Job summary

Choices Case Management is seeking a Registered Nurse to start a Medical Case Management career in the Workers’ Compensation field. This trainee position is field-based, from a home office, with local travel to provider offices across San Francisco area.

The program provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no bedside care, offering the chance to grow into a long-term professional case manager role within a supportive, nurse-led organization.

Qualifications

• California Licensed RN with active license.
• Strong clinical experience and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally to provider appointments (~60%).
• Desire to grow into long-term professional case management career.

Responsibilities

• Transition from clinical settings into workers’ comp medical case management.
• Complete Medical Case Management Training Program with mentorship.
• Coordinate care and document effectively with providers.
• Travel locally to medical provider offices.
• Work a Monday–Friday schedule with no bedside care and no weekends.
