Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator to deliver remote disease state and product education to patients nationwide. The role supports TA educational resources and collaborates to improve education programs, while maintaining high-quality service and adherence to approved materials.

The position requires an active US RN license, 3+ years of clinical or related experience, and the ability to travel within the US, including overnight trips.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the US.
• 3+ years of clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience.
• Experience working remotely handling patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote education and training to patients prescribed client product via web or telephone.
• May conduct in-person education if business permits.
• Identify and communicate educational opportunities and share intelligence with leadership.
• Contribute clinical insights to enhance program offerings.
• Perform outbound medication adherence support to patients or caregivers.
• Enroll patients/caregiver into educational seminars and provide resources.
• Maintain high-quality service and adhere to approved materials and scripts.
• Attend all required trainings and competency assessments.
• Develop relationships with key customers.
• Some overnight travel may be required.
