Banner Health in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Director RN Clinical Services to lead a team of Administrative Medical Assistants and Nurse Navigators in ambulatory practices, shaping clinical excellence, patient safety, and operations.

This senior leadership role drives program development, staff competency, and performance improvement across the ambulatory network, with schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and eligibility for the Management Incentive Program as part of Total Rewards.

Competenze

• Must have Master’s degree in Nursing or related field and RN license in state of practice.
• Five to seven years of progressive clinical leadership experience in ambulatory settings or integrated health system.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical oversight and direction to ambulatory clinical staff.
• Develop and implement clinical standards to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Lead staff in achieving competencies through onboarding, training and evaluations.
• Promote patient safety culture and reporting using data-driven approaches.
• Coordinate with leaders to align resources and programs with organizational goals.
