Qualifications

• Experience building programs, leading high-performing teams, and improving patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to ambulatory clinic staff and ensure standard of care.
• Develop and implement clinical standards and processes in collaboration with leaders.
• Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff; mentor teams across sites.
• Drive patient safety initiatives and data-driven improvements.
