Job summary

Maple is seeking a clinician to support labs and referrals remotely. You will review lab results, determine urgency, and prepare referral documentation while independently guiding patient care within a Canadian remote framework.

As an independent contractor, you’ll handle variable hours (10–20/wk) at a rate of 35 CAD/hour, fully remote within Canada. You’ll rely on clinical judgment and strong communication to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with current Canadian registration.
• Experience in patient-facing clinical settings with strong clinical judgment.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Clinically review lab results and determine urgency of follow-up care.
• Prepare referral documentation and assign patients to appropriate specialists.
• Redirect referrals and review specialist consult reports for patient follow-up.
