Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical performance for Medicare Provider Collaboration groups.
• Lead clinical performance improvement projects to impact Stars and quality.
• Interpret data and educate on data usage for PC performance improvement.
• Coordinate and conduct clinically focused meetings to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions to gain agreement on goals and interventions.
• Support utilization and cost improvements through clinical initiatives.
