Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator to deliver remote disease state and product education to patients nationwide in the US. The educator will also help design TA educational resources and provide clinical insights to enhance program offerings.

Qualifications include an active RN license and 3+ years of clinical or pharma experience. Remote work is supported with possible in-person sessions and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse US healthcare professional license required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience.
• Experience working in a remote setting handling patient interactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote education and training to assigned patients via web-based or telephone formats.
• May conduct in-person education if business permits.
• Identify opportunities for educational offerings and share insights with leadership.
• Contribute to development of educational resources and programs.
• Enrol patients/caregivers into seminars or connect them with local resources.
• Maintain high quality and customer service while following approved materials.
• Develop relationships with key customers and partners.
• Overnight travel may be required.
