Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify documentation gaps and opportunities for clarification.
• Issue physician queries to resolve unclear documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, coding professionals, quality teams, and service lines.
• Manage a steady remote caseload and provide education to providers to strengthen documentation practices.
