Crawford in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an RN Case Manager for a remote role with local field travel. You will deliver medical case management, coordinate care and support employees with insurance benefits.

The ideal candidate has an RN degree, and national certifications are preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN). Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, with a focus on URAC/CMSA guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services aligning with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees with insurance benefits including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability and Care Management.
