Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in FL or OH.
• 3+ years of clinical experience with Medicare members.
• 2+ years in case management, discharge planning or home health coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
