Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Registered Nurse, including hospital experience.
• Active multistate license via Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) or individual state licenses for non‑compact states.
• 1+ years documenting electronically.
• 1+ years' Oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic case management with patients and care teams.
• Assess benefits and needs, apply criteria and clinical guidelines to ensure appropriate administration of benefits.
• Use clinical judgment to address factors impacting care planning and resolution of member issues.
• Assessments use information from various sources to address all conditions.
• Consult with supervisor and others to overcome barriers and meet goals.
• Utilize case management processes in compliance with policies and procedures.
