CVS Health is seeking a Case Manager RN for a fully remote telephonic role focused on assessment, planning, and coordination of case management activities for members of Federal Plans. You will enhance member wellness and advocate for patients within their healthcare coverage.

Requires an Associate's degree (BSN preferred), 3+ years of clinical practice, RN licensure, and MS Office experience. Remote in PST/MST/AZ time zones; standard weekday schedule with competitive compensation.
