Job summary

Sagility, a global provider of healthcare BPM services, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor - Care Management (Temporary/Seasonal) to lead a team of RNs and Care Coaches. You will drive daily operations, quality, and member outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and productive performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and collaboration with Quality, Training, HR, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Minimum two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership, mentoring, coaching, Team Lead, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a team of RNs and/or Care Coaches.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for associate questions, process concerns, member issues, and system-related challenges.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, adherence, member engagement, service levels, and operational performance metrics.
• Ensure team compliance with client, company, CMS, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staffing coverage, queue performance, and workload distribution to achieve operational goals.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development to associates to meet client expectations.
