Job summary
BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is hiring an RN Behavioral Health Concierge Care Manager to provide high-touch care management to over 2 million members, including remote work from home with a private, secure home office. You will educate and guide members through prior authorizations and adherence to medications and the plan of care.
The role includes coordinating with providers and external sources, preparing for audits, and supporting risk management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing or higher education in related field.
- Active RN licensure in the United States in state of hire or multi-state license.
- Experience in case management and health insurance settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directs high-touch member management, coordinates treatment plans and benefits.
- Coordinates clinical services with providers, vendors, and social services.
- Participates in training and continuing medical education.
- Prepares for external audits and quality assurance efforts.
