Job summary
Summerset is seeking a qualified remote clinical nurse to support village employees across New Zealand via video and phone. You will deliver evidence-based reviews, clinical teaching, and incident management with a focus on quality, safety, and timely response.
Applicants must hold NZ registration and a Practising Certificate, have 3+ years of aged care nursing experience with InterRAI training, and demonstrate leadership and composure under pressure in a values-driven team.
Qualifications

- Exhibit clinical excellence, leadership, and calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote clinical support via video and phone to village employees.
- Deliver evidence-based reviews, clinical teaching, and incident management.
- Work casually on an as-needed basis with flexibility to cover shifts at short notice.
