Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced RMF Engineer to support the DMDC CyberPRIMES program. The role involves developing, maintaining, and assessing RMF authorization packages for DoD systems, working with ISSMs/ISSOs, and coordinating with government stakeholders to move authorizations through DoD processes.

Hybrid work locations include Virginia and Seaside, CA. The candidate must hold an active Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with DoD RMF or comparable federal authorization processes.
• Experience developing, reviewing, or maintaining cybersecurity authorization packages.
• Experience with System Security Plans, security controls, assessment artifacts, POA&Ms, or continuous-monitoring documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain RMF authorization packages.
• Review System Security Plans (SSPs) and control documentation.
• Maintain RMF schedules, trackers, and authorization artifacts in eMASS.
• Coordinate with system owners and stakeholders to obtain required artifacts.
