Sprezzatura Management Consulting seeks a Cyber Security Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration enrollment system, focusing on ATO processes, RMF, and VA security requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Experience with federal cybersecurity programs, preferably VA.
• Familiar with FISMA, RMF, and NIST 800-53 Rev. 5.
• GRC tools like ServiceNow CAM or eMASS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the VES System Steward within VA's CAM platform.
• Develop and coordinate ATO packages with evidence.
• Support security authorization and RMF activities.
• Maintain SSP, CMP, PTA, PIA, and related artifacts.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts.
• Develop POA&Ms with remediation schedules and closure evidence.
• Collaborate with System Owners, ISSOs, and VA stakeholders.
• Maintain authorization boundary docs for minor apps and interconnections.
• Monitor risks, milestones, and compliance for leadership updates.
• Support audits and ongoing authorization to sustain VES posture.
