A-Line Staffing Solutions in Pennsylvania seeks a Risk Management Specialist to support the Mortality Review within OLTL's Critical Incident Management Unit. You will review incidents, analyze participant risk, and coordinate with MCOs, SCEs, and providers to drive corrective actions.

The role requires a bachelor's in human services or business, or 3+ years related experience, plus experience in incident/risk management, data analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or business, or 3+ years in related field.
• 1+ year experience with Incident Management/Risk Management and reporting.
• Knowledge of participant risk, HCBS programs, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform case reviews and record reviews to aid MCOs, SCEs, providers with risk mitigation.
• Serve as liaison between state agencies and internal incident staff for reviews and actions.
• Manage protective services notifications for OLTL participants/providers.
• Coordinate information sharing and provide technical assistance to agencies.
• Assist clinical staff with mortality reviews by researching case data.
• Develop trend analyses and compare with national health statistics.
