Job summary

Charles Taylor, a global provider of professional services to the insurance industry, is seeking a Risk Management Consultant for a hybrid/remote role focused in Wisconsin. The candidate will develop and administer comprehensive risk management programs for Members, review loss trends, and collaborate with Claims and Underwriting teams.

This role requires extensive travel within Wisconsin and strong leadership in safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in an Environmental Health and Safety related position.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and safety program administration.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the face of the company and builds relationships with Members.
• Develops mitigation strategies with Members to reduce losses.
• Reviews loss experience and trends to implement future loss control.
• Assists Members with safety/incident review committees and programs.
• Delivers department-specific or organization-wide safety training.
• Coordinates large-scale safety events for Members.
• Prepares Member Services Reports with activity summaries.
