Charles Taylor is hiring an Account/Program Manager to oversee Owner Direct Insurance Projects in Wisconsin. The role supports remote or hybrid work, with occasional office days in Brookfield, WI for those within commuting distance and residency in Wisconsin.

The position manages Workers’ Compensation programs, coordinates with contractors, regulators, and owners, and ensures documentation is completed on time. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Property & Casualty license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in insurance or customer service, commercial/workers’ comp preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel; ability to learn web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead ODIP projects and coordinate with contractors and regulators.
• Process workers’ compensation applications and worksheets; ensure accuracy.
• Issue policies, audits, and endorsements in Origami as needed.
• Maintain project timelines and document control; update spreadsheets.
