Qualifications

Experience in transportation safety, risk control, fleet operations, or insurance.
Understanding of FMCSA regulations, OSHA standards, and safety compliance programs.
Experience delivering training to adult learners.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with varying audience sizes.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-quote and on-site risk control evaluations for insureds.
Assess safety culture, regulatory compliance, and risk management effectiveness.
Develop actionable recommendations to reduce accidents, injuries, and losses.
Prepare detailed written reports documenting observations and recommendations.
Partner with agents and underwriting teams to support new and existing business opportunities.
