Job summary

Safety Radar is seeking a results-driven professional to manage the product implementation function, providing direct client support while delivering technical solutions using our AI-based risk platform. You will develop AI-powered risk assessment tools, collaborate with clients, and ensure accurate, actionable safety insights across industries in hazardous environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related fields.
Experience implementing technical solutions, customer success, or similar roles, preferably in AI or risk management solutions.
Proficiency with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients to deliver custom solutions.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus, but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in using work management platforms like Slack, Airtable, and Linear.
