Qualifications

• 3+ years of retrospective risk adjustment coding experience.
• 1+ year of experience in quality auditing and/or RADV.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external quality audits of ICD-10 code abstraction.
• Review performance of Risk Adjustment Coding team and report audit trends.
• Maintain compliance with Risk Adjustment production standards.
