Qualifications

• Active Missouri Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Active Missouri Notary or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite — Excel, Word, Outlook; smartphone to access ORC systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Acquire right-of-way rights for distribution and electrical transmission line projects per guidelines.
• Support the Project Manager and project team members.
• Prepare real estate documents.
• Conduct property research for ownership and boundary information.
• Communicate with property owners and representatives regarding right of way acquisition.
• Perform general administrative tasks to keep projects moving.
