Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Rigger/Equipment Mover supervisor/manager to oversee projects, manage logistics, and lead a team on nationwide assignments. You will travel 1–3 days per week and coordinate with on-site staff to ensure safe, efficient equipment moving, installation, and removal.

The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience with rigging and lifting equipment, strong leadership, and proficiency in Word/Excel, with the ability to read plans and work across

• Experience leading equipment moving projects and teams.
• Ability to travel nationwide as required by projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read project plans and diagrams.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Preview project scope and establish requirements for successful execution.
• Oversee equipment deliveries, pickups, relocations and installations.
• Coordinate with office staff while working remotely on daily operations.
• Manage personnel, site prep, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Utilize moving equipment safely (skates, dollies, straps, ramps, lift gates).
• Maintain courteous communication with team members and ensure safety procedures.
