Logoslabs is seeking a Senior Drafter to develop detailed architectural drawings, site plans, and as-built documentation using point cloud data and Revit. You will create families, models, and standard details to streamline workflows and ensure accurate project close-out.

The role requires high proficiency in architectural drafting, Revit modeling, and data integration, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, working within our California-based operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience with Revit and point cloud integration.
• Experience with Trimble scanners and point cloud data.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices.

Mansioni

• Draft site plans, floor plans, and architectural drawings from point cloud data in Revit.
• Build and maintain a standard Revit detail library.
• Create and maintain Revit families for multiple projects.
• Prepare architectural details, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
• Ensure as-built drawings are up to date for records.
• Quality checks for dimensions, alignments, and scale.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
