Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Clinical Department and the revenue cycle by maintaining the charge master, performing charge capture analysis, and coordinating annual price increases.

You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle, IT, and clinical teams, perform audits of the EAP, identify opportunities, ensure compliant billing, and contribute to financial accuracy and process improvements across Northwestern Medicine.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in healthcare finance.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience with CPT coding and third‑party billing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain charge master and perform charge capture analysis.
• Audit EAP database and assist department builds.
• Identify charge capture opportunities and compliance issues.
• Research billing regulations and implement policy changes.
• Support audits of charge master data elements.
• Ensure accurate charging on patient accounts.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, IT and clinical teams.
