• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient experience and operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data, develops reports, reviews trends and recommends enhancements.
• Participates in department and system-wide initiatives and follows up as needed.
• Monitors coding, charge capture and editing during performance improvements.
• Provides education to revenue cycle and clinical operations on reports and revenue monitoring.
• Performs data mining, regulatory and payer policy review and abstracts financial/clinical data.
