Job summary

St. Elizabeth is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist for follow-up in Primary Care in Erlanger, KY. You will handle patient and insurer communications, manage AR aging, and refiling of claims to ensure timely payment.

Training is provided with home-based work eligibility after completion, within 1 hour of Erlanger. The role requires up to 3 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle. CPC certification is preferred for trainer or coding-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CPT, ICD9 and ICD10 codes.
• Experience in medical billing and revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient/family and insurer inquiries within one business day.
• Work AR aging reports and related correspondence daily.
• Refi le unpaid claims and update patient demographics as needed.
• Post payments and maintain logs for month-end reporting.
