Job summary

This hybrid role is within 100 miles of a Mayo Clinic campus and requires collaboration with executive leadership, finance, and clinical teams to improve patient financial outcomes and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field and at least 10 years in a hospital or health-care environment.
• Experience with Epic and other vended application platforms; advanced Epic certification is desirable.
• HFMA certification and Epic certification preferred; strong change management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to Revenue Cycle initiatives by ensuring stability, performance, and integrity of Revenue Cycle applications.
• Leads and mentors a team of analysts, aligning with changing healthcare technology landscape.
• Oversees budget, compliance, and interfaces with finance departments.
