Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Five years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with a strong understanding of RCM workflows are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy focused on retention for RCM services.
• Build trusted relationships with revenue cycle, finance, and operations leaders at client organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor aligning RCM performance with client business objectives.
• Drive client advocacy, references, and long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, cash flow, and efficiency.
• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and KPIs.
