Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field is required.
• 3-5 years experience in healthcare, finance, billing, or revenue cycle management is required.
• Experience with EPIC and Cognos is preferred (0-1 year).
• Prior experience in academic medical facilities or hospital revenue operations is preferred (2-3 years).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication with assigned practices or hospital sites to identify and address business needs.
• Collaborate across departments to support integration of new services and opportunities; conduct regular stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze monthly financial data, prepare reports, and advise on variances.
• Monitor and improve billing and revenue capture, support budgeting and forecasting, and analyze performance.
