The American College of Cardiology is seeking a Medical Coding Specialist to accurately code professional services requiring ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes. This remote position demands a minimum of three years of coding experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding experience.
• Knowledge of Professional Coding, Reimbursement and Regulatory Systems.
• Commitment to a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review and apply correct coding conventions to patient encounters.
• Daily production coding of professional E/M and diagnostic services.
• Query physicians regarding coding and documentation standards.
