Phamily is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Consultant with deep expertise in healthcare insurance billing, medical coding, claims auditing, and reimbursement optimization to join our remote team.

You will audit claims, validate CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM codes, identify revenue leakage and denial patterns, and work with client billing teams to improve accuracy, compliance, and reimbursement outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• In-depth experience with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, or other EHR systems.
• Advanced knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM coding and payer rules.
• Proven experience auditing medical claims and resolving reimbursement discrepancies.
• Ability to identify revenue leakage and improve billing accuracy and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Conduct detailed audits of medical claims, billing records, coding, and documentation.
• Validate CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM codes and payer-specific rules.
• Identify underbilling, denials, and discrepancies; propose corrective actions.
