DOOR Systems, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant, Revenue to review customer contracts for proper revenue recognition, perform month-end close, and analyze NetSuite transactions. You will ensure accurate billing across the order-to-cash cycle and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve processes.

The role offers remote work with hybrid options for those near St. Louis, MO; the starting base salary is $70,000–$85,000 depending on location and experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 1-3 years of revenue accounting, general accounting, or related experience, with readiness to grow.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and month-end close processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Complete month-end close activities including revenue journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support accurate billing aligned with contract terms; use automation for process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Collections.
• Analyze revenue and transactions in NetSuite to identify trends and improvements.
• Support compliance with revenue recognition policies and internal controls.
• Maintain revenue accounting documentation and processes.
• Generate reports and provide data support to internal teams and customers.
• Assist with audits, ad-hoc projects, and other requests.
