Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager for Data Center Technology, based in Virginia and Texas with remote work options. You will lead a team across Daleville, VA and Selma, TX, directing RFEs, retrofits, and control system enhancements while collaborating with Sales, Service, and R&D.

You will drive strategic plans for controls development and train technicians in program logic, network setup, and commissioning strategies. Expect travel to facilities and sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retrofit and control projects for data center environments.
• Strong background in data center design, reliability, and performance concepts.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule Senior Controls Technicians and engineering staff.
• Coordinate RFEs, retrofits, ISTs, and ADC databases with other groups.
• Develop and implement data center control strategies and upgrades.
• Travel to factories and customer sites as needed (30-60 days between visits).
• Develop proposals, project plans, and value-added services with Sales.
