Job summary

Reveleer is seeking a Manager of Retrieval Operations to lead day-to-day execution of its retrieval program for a major customer launch, covering roughly 500,000 chases beginning with the October 2026 go-live. You will oversee retrieval workflows, staffing, and escalation management, balancing AI-enabled voice agents with human PSRs to meet weekly chase volume.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, chart retrieval, risk adjustment, or HEDIS/quality management.
• 2+ years directly managing a team of individual contributors.
• Experience with large-scale retrieval or outreach programs against SLAs.
• Knowledge of risk adjustment and HEDIS retrieval workflows (chase, AID, pend).
• Comfort with AI-enabled or automated outreach tools and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly chase queue execution, monitor retrieval rate and pend rate, and manage AID ownership.
• Oversee chase-to-AID assignment structures and adjust workflows with volume changes.
• Drive resolution of aged/chase issues and escalate systemic barriers to ensure SLA performance.
• Oversee platform voice agents and monitor conversion and outcome metrics.
• Manage staffing plans and capacity forecasting with_onshore/offshore alignment.
• Coordinate with onboarding, data management, and customer support for escalations.
• Produce reports and scorecards tracking program health for leadership.
• Lead root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions to closure.
