Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote, customer-focused environment. If you have a finance or retirement services background and enjoy delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

This is a remote position for residents of specific states; candidates should be comfortable cross-training on other accounts and maintaining strong attention to detail while handling sensitive billing

Formación

• 1 year or more of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Good attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism.
• Provide accurate answers to basic inquiries and resolve client issues.
• Address retirement benefit payment questions in a fast-paced service center.
• Document all cases in Salesforce case management accurately.
• Use multiple applications (Amplify, Word, Excel, Salesforce) to manage inquiries.
