Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote, high-service environment. You will handle billing, account information, and cross-train on other accounts while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, be comfortable navigating multiple systems including Salesforce, Amplify, Word, and Excel, and be capable of documenting cases clearly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Able to cross-train on other accounts and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Respond to retirement benefit payment inquiries in a fast-paced service center.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced service center environment.
• Document all cases accurately and thoroughly in Salesforce case management.
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies, 1099-Rs, and related requests.
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders as needed.
• Escalate client issues to supervisors when necessary and assist with issue resolution.
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed and participate in training sessions.
