Blue Ridge Associates seeks an Internal Sales Support Consultant to act as an ambassador for our retirement plan services and support the Regional Sales Directors nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience and retirement plan sales/service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pipeline daily and determine tasks.
• Prepare proposals and engagement agreements accurately.
• Support workflow for illustration requests.
• Understand Blue Ridge Associates' products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and advisors.
• Maintain internal databases per procedures.
• Aim to meet turnaround, production, and accuracy goals.
• Communicate issues to higher authority promptly.
• Assist New Business Team with transfer of information between systems.
• Support sales with meeting materials for prospective clients.
