Guidant Financial offers a fully remote role that enables you to support entrepreneurs nationwide while joining a company with a strong ESOP culture and significant growth. You will learn the full 401(k) administration process, starting from document review to basic plan reporting and year-end filings like the 5500.

You will review client-submitted documents, communicate progress to clients, and educate them on plan administration.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of adjacent back-office financial operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Obtain information to prepare the annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans with rollovers and plan stock using Excel.
• Use administration software to perform 401(k) testing and reporting.
• Make reminder calls and emails to clients during the plan year.
