Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for applicable retirement savings plans. An incentive bonus is available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

The role involves delivering in-person or video presentations, participating in fairs and orientations, and supporting education campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate on plan participation.
