Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is seeking a Customer Retention Supervisor to lead a team of retention specialists for a fintech/cryptocurrency client. You will coach, develop playbooks, and personally reengage inactive customers while driving revenue growth.

The role blends hands-on customer work with team leadership in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will be measured on team outcomes and presented revenue recovery demos.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading a customer retention or contact center team.
• Proven success in customer conversion and reactivation.
• Experience building SOPs, scripts, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach retention specialists with clear goals and accountability.
• Make outbound calls to reactivate inactive customers.
• Develop and update SOPs, scripts, and training materials.
• Manage daily outreach and campaign assignments.
• Run retention campaigns and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Support, Sales, Operations, and Compliance.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
