Job summary

A leading AI research accelerator is looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in retail operations, merchandising, and inventory planning. The selected candidate will help evaluate and improve AI systems by applying real-world retail decision-making. This role includes designing scenarios for AI reasoning, evaluating outputs for accuracy, and collaborating with AI researchers. Ideal for those with a background in eCommerce, grocery, or in-store operations, requiring excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on operational experience in retail.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and inventory planning.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
