Qualifications

• Team player with ability to unblock others quickly

Responsibilities

• Keep Costa Mesa, CA stakeholders briefed and aligned without overloading them with updates
• Apply Food Plating and Resilience principles to resolve day-to-day operational challenges
• Identify when Food Plating metrics break and address gaps before they appear in dashboards
• Document the rationale behind Catering Management decisions, not just the outcomes
• Maintain momentum in Costa Mesa, CA when the leadership pipeline is thin
